I was recently flipping through a Bloomingdale’s catalog and something caught my eye... A nice little piece of art that reinforces the importance of a balanced diet. I decided to recreate this for my kitchen. Using “dotum” font in Microsoft word, I created the phrase “Eat More Fiber”, so that it read like an eye chart. I printed it out in thick, white cardstock paper. Then, using a 50% off coupon to Michael’s, which I printed from their website, I purchased a tan, double layer matte (lucky for me, it was on clearance) and a black frame.
